You’re in the waiting room
The host will review your name and admit you. If your salesperson is running late, you can listen while you wait.
Music plays only on your device and stops when you are admitted. Your camera and microphone remain off.
Camera, microphone & display
Audio and video are compressed automatically. Low data reduces outgoing video quality; it does not mute or stop camera capture. Use Camera off for privacy.
Video and voice use the codecs supported by your device. Check media connection to see available formats and the active connection.
Meeting audio uses the system default speakers.
Camera movement requires a compatible PTZ device and your browser permission. Microphone processing requests echo cancellation and noise suppression. Autoframing, speaker tracking, wide-angle optics, and microphone-array beamforming require compatible hardware. Screen presentation output is 1600 × 900; local recordings are 1280 × 720.
Camera off.
Uses built-in, USB, phone, capture-card, and virtual cameras exposed by your browser and operating system. Network cameras and dedicated conference systems may need compatible drivers or a bridge. Quality settings are targets; hardware and browsers determine actual output. Screen sharing and recording support varies by browser. Headphones reduce echo.

Everyone admitted can draw unless the host locks editing. Guests erase their own drawings; the host can erase any drawing. The board is saved with the meeting and restored after a server restart. Export a PNG for a shareable copy. The board is not included in the video recording unless shared through screen sharing.
